Sarah Jane Carr, known as Sally, was born in 1879 in Jarrow, Co Durham.  She died at the age of 48 in 1927 in Newcastle upon Tyne, Northumberland.  The funeral took place in Byker & Heaton Cemetery, Benton Road, Newcastle upon Tyne.
