Kathleen was born on August 24th, 1977 in Elliott Lake, Ontario. Kathleen's father is Goerge Kenneth (Kenny) Devon and her mother is Elizabeth Anne Stuart White. Her maternal grandfather was Major Stuart Nesbitt White and her maternal grandmother is Helen Elizabeth Robb.
