Nik Kalsom Nik Ismail

Nik Kalsom's father is Nik Ismail Wan Musa and her mother was Nik Zainab Wan Yusof.  Her maternal grandfather is Wan Yusuf Wan Idris and her maternal grandmother was Nik Saadiah Nik Din. She had six brothers and three sisters, named Nik Mat Zin, Nik Yaacob, Nik Abd Rahman, Nik Aminah, Nik Mohamad, Nik Mohd Salleh, Nik Halimah, Nik Aishah and Nik Hasnah.  She died on September 26th, 2015.
