Nik Alyani Mohd Ali

Nik Alyani's father is Mohd Ali and her mother was Nik Kalthom Nik Ismail.  Her maternal grandfather is Nik Ismail Wan Musa and her maternal grandmother was Nik Zainab Wan Yusof. She has seven brothers and four sisters, named Nik Azman, Nk Abu Bakar, Azmi, Alwi, Shukri, Khalid, Nik Muhammad, Faridah, Hanisah, Hasni and Nik Nurfaezah.  She is the second youngest of the twelve children.
