Jennet was born in 1763 in Llansannor and was baptised on June 3rd, 1763.1   Jennet's father was Morgan Richard and her mother was Jennet Jones.  Her paternal grandparents were Morgan Richard and Jane.  She was the oldest of six children.  She had three brothers and two sisters, named William, William, Watkin, Mary and Margaret.
