Anne was born in 1889 in Bristol.1   Anne's father was William  Granger and her mother was Annie Lucas.  Her paternal grandparents were Robert Granger and Ann Vines; her maternal grandparents were Edwin  Cary Lucas and Jane Weekes.  She was the oldest of five children.  She had a brother and three sisters, named Robert, Jenny, Florence  and Elizabeth.  She died due to natural causes or old age at the age of 94 in 1983 in Llanharan.  Her burial was in Llanharan Cemetry.2
