Florence was born in 1889.  Florence's father was Charles Coles and her mother was Alice  Maude Gribble.  Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Coles and Harriet How; her maternal grandparents were Abraham Gribble and Martha Pugsley.  She was the oldest of six children.  She had four brothers and a sister, named Francis, Henry, Gordon, Leonard and Catherine.  She died due to natural causes or old age.
