Raymond's father was Abraham Abraham and his mother was Ada Davies.  His maternal grandparents were Charles Davies and Rhoda  Jenkins.  He was the youngest of two children.  He had a brother named Clifford.  He had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Caiaphas , William, Margaret and Katherine.
