John James Syrett

John James was born about November 1896 in Lambeth, London.¹ John James' father was Joseph James Syrett and his mother was Esther Lydia Prickett. His paternal grandparents were Joseph James Syrett and Sarah Mary Coveney; his maternal grandparents were James William Prickett and Esther Askey Wise. He had four brothers and a sister, named Henry, Terence, James, William and Amelia. He was the fourth oldest of the six children.
