Elizabeth's father was John Whittle and her mother is Jane Golding. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Whittle and Mary (Whittle). She had a brother and four sisters, named Joseph, Mary, Eliza, Ellen and Margaret. She was the second oldest of the six known children. Elizabeth is no longer alive.
