James Woodward

James was born in 1797 in West Hauxwell, Yorkshire. James' father was Adam Woodward and his mother was Anne Milner. His paternal grandparents were William Woodward and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were Nathan Milner and Elizabeth Collin. He had five brothers and six sisters, named William, Thomas, Adam, John, Michael, Ellin, Jane, Anne, Rachel, Elizabeth and Hannah. He was the eleventh oldest of the twelve known children.
