Jane A. Walker

Jane was born about 1858 in New Beechburn, Co. Durham.¹ Jane's father was Richard Walker and her mother was Mary Jane Smith. She had seven brothers named Joseph, George, William, Edward, Anthony, Benjamin and Harrison. She was the third oldest of the eight known children. She had six half-brothers and three half-sisters, named William, John, Thomas, Richard, Robert, Ralph, Margaret, Elizabeth and Elenor.
