Beatrice Readman

Beatrice was born about 1888 in Grosmont, Yorkshire.¹ Beatrice's father was John Readman and her mother was Ann Slater. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Readman and Anne; her maternal grandparents were Robert Slater and Fanny Hare. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Joseph, Thomas, Frances and Jenny. She was the third oldest of the five children.
