Mary was born about 1866 in Bolton, Lancashire, England.1   Mary's father is Mr Kitchen and her mother was Jane Kitchen.  She had a brother named Henry.  She was the older of the two children.  She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Joseph and Emily.  Mary is no longer alive.
