Robert H. Kirtley

Robert was born about 1878 in Penshaw, Co. Durham.¹ Robert's father was Edward Kirtley and his mother was Mary Ann Gray. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Edward, William, Thomas, Ann and Abigail. He was the third oldest of the six children. He had a half-brother named James.
