Christian was born on March 25th, 1694 in Quethiock, Cornwall.1   Christian's father was William Doney and his mother was Julian Toms.  He had seven brothers and four sisters, named William, William, George, John, Stephen, Nathan, Richard, Margaret, Philippa, Mary and Ann.  He was the sixth oldest of the twelve children.  He died at 10 months old on February 19th, 1695 in Quethiock, Cornwall.1
