Richard was born about 1772 in High Bray, Devon.1   Richard's father is Richard Thorne and his mother is Mary Gill.  He was an only child.  He died about December 1st, 1857 in Exford, Somerset, England.  He was buried on December 6th, 1857 in Exford Parish Church, Somerset.2 3
