JOAN TAR

JOAN was born in 1740 in Exford, Somerset and her baptism took place on June 24th, 1740 in Exford, Somerset, Parish Church.¹² JOAN's father was GEORGE TAR and her mother was ELIZABETH HUCKSTABLE. Her maternal grandparents were THOMAS HUXTABLE and JOAN HANCOCK. She had three brothers named John, James and John. She was the third oldest of the four known children. She died at the age of 63 on February 16th, 1803.
