Eliza A. Steer

Eliza was born about 1863 in Cutcombe, Somerset, England.¹ Eliza's father was Joseph Steer and her mother was Elizabeth Cousins. Her paternal grandparents were John Steer and Agnes Hoyels. She had a brother and a sister, named John and Mary. She was the second oldest of the three children.
