Eliza was born in 1819 in Alcombe and her baptism took place on March 4th, 1819 in Dunster Parish Church.  Eliza's father is Joseph May and her mother is Mary Sully. She had three brothers and a sister, named Joseph, William, James and Ann.  She was the oldest of the five children.  Eliza is no longer alive.
