Anne was born in 1760 and her baptism took place on May 15th, 1760 in Cutcombe, Somerset, England.1   Anne's father was Alexander Tidball and her mother was Anne Tucker.  Her paternal grandparents were Walter Tidball and Elizabeth; her maternal grandparents were Robert Tucker and Joan Clatworthy.  She had four brothers named Alexander, Robert, William and William.  She was the oldest of the five known children.
