William Tidball

William was born about February 16th, 1800 in Cutcombe, Somerset and his baptism took place on February 16th, 1800 in Cutcombe Parish Church, Somerset.¹ William's father was Alexander Tudball and his mother was Ann James. His paternal grandparents were Alexander Tidball and Anne Tucker; his maternal grandparents were John James and Ann. He had two brothers and three sisters, named John, Robert, Betty, Ann and Mary. He was the second oldest of the six children.
