Margreat was born about May 20th, 1733 in Exford, Somerset and her baptism took place on May 29th, 1733 in Exford, Somerset, Parish Church.1   Margreat's father was John Tidball and her mother was Elizabeth Goad.  She had a brother and two sisters, named William, Elizabath and Joan.  She was the second oldest of the four children.
