Thomas Joseph Steer

Thomas was born about March 1894 in Seacombe, Cheshire, England.¹ Thomas' father was John Steer and his mother was Emma Catherine Brindley. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Steer and Elizabeth Cousins; his maternal grandparents were Charles Brindley and Ann McIntosh. He had five brothers and three sisters, named John, Edward, Alfred, Frank, William, Ella, Lucy and Charlotte. He was the fifth oldest of the nine children.
