Charlotte was born about November 1st, 1806 in Treborough, Somerset, England and her baptism took place on November 23rd, 1806 in Huish Champflower Parish Church, Somerset, England.1 2  Charlotte's father is William Rowe and her mother was Alice.  She was an only child.  She died about May 10th, 1881.  Her burial was on May 14th, 1881 in Huish Champflower Parish Church, Somerset, England.3
