Albert was born in 1877.  Albert's father was William Sellick Parsons and his mother was Elizabeth Mary Gibbs.  He had four brothers and four sisters, named William, James, George, John, Mary, Alice, Ellen and Sarah.  He was the youngest of the nine children.
