Stella Elfreda M. Coggan

Stella was born about August 1894 in Reg Wells Q3 1894 v5c p460.¹ Stella's father is Alfred George J. Coggan and her mother was Eliza Trotman. Her paternal grandparents were George Bartlett Coggan and Harriett. She had a sister named Eva. Stella is no longer alive.
