Ann was born about November 1st, 1731 and her baptism took place on November 16th, 1731 in Exford Parish Church, Somerset.1   Ann's father was George Hooper and her mother was Mary Crockford.  Her paternal grandfather was Arthur Hooper and her paternal grandmother is Elizabeth Ware. She had a sister named Elizabeth.  She was the younger of the two children.
