DOMINGO, known as DAS, was born on April 4th, 1794.  Father was JUAN DAS SUAREZ (Orto) and his mother was ANTONIA PITA (Orto).  His paternal grandparents were FRANCISCO ANS (DANS-DAS) Y ANDRADE (Orto) and MARGARITA BRANDARIZ SUAREZ Y ANDRADE (Tabeaio); his maternal grandparents were BENITO PITA (Cecebre) and MARÍA DE AMOR (Cecebre).  He was an only child.
