John Smith was born on April 19th, 1934. John Smith's father was Omar Ira Lafary and his mother was Inez Gerholdt. His maternal grandparents were George Washington Gerholdt and Vilena Lafary. He was an only child. He died at the age of 64 on December 10th, 1998.
