Eduardo was born in 1929.  Eduardo's father was Juan Paredes Vargas and his mother was Ofelia Zilvetti Juarez.  His paternal grandparents were Hurbano Paredes and Teodora Vargas; his maternal grandparents were David Zilveti Pinedo and Candelaria Juarez Guerra.  He was the second of eight children.  He had two brothers and five sisters, named Juan, Hugo, Luz, Ruth, Lia, Estela and Sonia.  He died due to a medical problem.
