Sebastian was born on May 24th, 1921.  Sebastian's father was Epifanio María Cupani and his mother was Antonia Donato.  His paternal grandparents were Giuseppe Cupani and Carmela Di Franco; his maternal grandparents were Antonio Donato and Miguelina Formentini.  He was the third of six children.  He had three brothers and two sisters, named Jose, Marcelino, Felipe, Miguelina and Carmen.  He died in an accident or as a result of an injury at the age of 26 on April 20th, 1948.
