Gwendoline, known as Gwennie, was born on May 7th, 1908. Gwennie's father was Samuel Joseph Murdock and her mother was Annie Smith. Her paternal grandparents were Mr Alexander Murdock and Sarah Edmundson. She had three brothers and a sister, named Lancelot, Attie, Kenneth and Grace. She died at the age of 4 on March 3rd, 1913. Her burial was in St Keverne Cemetry Oldcastle.
