Pricilla was born in 1816.  Pricilla's father was John Headon and her mother was Mary Headon (Hamlyn).  Her paternal grandparents were John Headon and Gertrude Headon (Tardrew). She had four brothers and three sisters, named John, Richard, Samuel, Thomas, Anne, Mary and Jane.  She was the seventh oldest of the eight children.
