Nathan was born on December 6th, 1894.  Nathan's father was Salomon Gundelfinger and his mother was Auguste Gruenewald.  His paternal grandparents were Salomon Elias Gundelfinger and Babette Holzinger.  He had two brothers and a sister, named Isy, Benno and Hilde.  He was the third oldest of the four children.  He died  due to At War at the age of 20 on May 16th, 1915.
