Lucia was born in July 1958.  Lucia's father was Alencastro Tomé  de Lima and her mother was Yolanda.  Her paternal grandparents were Francisco  de Paula Lima and Carolina dos Santos Lima.  She had four brothers and two sisters, named Eli, Roque, Alencastro, Roberto, Helena and Maura.  She is the youngest of the seven children.
