John Thomas Reams

John was born on December 12th, 1861 in Tallapoosa County Alabama. John's father was James Ransom Reams and his mother was Caroline Tapley (Reams). His paternal grandparents were Azariah Reams and Elizabeth Bledsoe (Reams). He had six brothers and four sisters, named Joshua, James, Southey, William, Henry , George , Rebecca, Mary , Sarah and Benjamine. He was the fourth oldest of the eleven children. He died from cancer at the age of 88 on September 30th, 1950 in Lubbock, Texas.
