Wilhelm was born on February 20th, 1192.  Wilhelm's father is Martin von Chiemgau and his mother was Konstanze Mancini.  His paternal grandparents were Rudolf von Chiemgau and Gertrude von Lenzburg.  He had four sisters named Mathilde, Adelheid, Osterhild and Agnes.  He had six half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Hermann, Nicola, Augustin, Werner, Konrad, Lazzaro, Oda, Gertrude and Judith.  He died at the age of 2 on July 5th, 1194.
