Adelheid was born on January 26th, 1189.  Adelheid's father is Martin von Chiemgau and her mother was Konstanze Mancini.  Her paternal grandparents were Rudolf von Chiemgau and Gertrude von Lenzburg.  She had a brother and three sisters, named Wilhelm, Agnes, Osterhild and Mathilde.  She had six half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Hermann, Nicola, Augustin, Werner, Konrad, Lazzaro, Oda, Gertrude and Judith.  She died at 6 months old on August 4th, 1189.
