Azim was born on February 22nd, 1113.  Azim's father was Abdul-Sammad al-Jabir and his mother was Svatava Premyslid.  His maternal grandparents were Cenek Premyslid and Terezia kos.  He had two brothers and three sisters, named Sha'ban, Jalil, Rabiya, Amina and Andali.  He was the third oldest of the six children.  He died at 2 months old on April 25th, 1113.
