Premysl was born on March 5th, 1103.  Premysl's father was Vratislav Premyslid and his mother was Tndr Guthkeled.  His paternal grandparents were Borivoj Premyslid and Gertruda.  He had three brothers and two sisters, named Mojmir, Lupold, Kojata, Domaslava and Markta.  He was the second oldest of the six children.  He died at 6 months old on September 29th, 1103.
