Petr was born on June 10th, 1095.  Petr's father was Zikmund Premyslid and his mother was Odola Guthkeled.  His paternal grandparents were Konrad Premyslid and Wirpirk of Moravia.  He had two brothers and a sister, named Borivoj, Lampert and Csilla.  He was the youngest of the four children.  He had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named Vratislav, Gertruda, Barbora and Svatava.  He died at the age of 71 on August 6th, 1166.
