Otakar was born on June 12th, 1089.  Otakar's father was Vojtek Premyslid and his mother was Margarta Borkaln.  His paternal grandparents were Svatobor Premyslid and Mlada.  He had a brother named Lrinc.  He was the older of the two children.  He had a half-brother and four half-sisters, named Hynek, Eufemie, Jutta, Markta and Vojslava.  He died at 1 months old on July 17th, 1089.
