Domaslava was born on October 25th, 1088.  Domaslava's father was Cenek Premyslid and her mother was Terezia kos.  Her paternal grandparents were Jaromir Premyslid and Isabeau de Cayeux.  She had three sisters named Keruse, Svatava and Eliska.  She was the second oldest of the four children.  She died at the age of 57 on July 10th, 1146.
