Bohuslav was born on December 8th, 1073.  Bohuslav's father was Oto Premyslid and his mother was Antoinette.  His paternal grandparents were Bretislav Premyslid and Judith von Schweinfurt.  He had two sisters named Helvis and Richza.  He was the oldest of the three children.  He had a half-sister named Bozislava.  He died at the age of 58 on February 17th, 1132.
